We offer a selection of high quality artisanal wines, produced in our winery located in the area of Chantada, bathed by the river Miño. Each bottle is the result of a careful and limited production process, which guarantees premium wines with little intervention in their production.

Our wines are carefully produced in small quantities to guarantee maximum quality and exclusivity. Each bottle is unique and reflects the character and tradition of the Ribeira Sacra. We have three lines of wine which try to be a living reflection of our origins.

We are proud to offer premium wines that capture the essence of the region. They are made with as little intervention as possible. We search intensively to find the best grape growers in the area and source the highest quality grapes from parcels we select ourselves. Each bottle is the result of our winery's passion and commitment to producing exceptional wines.

About us

Adegas Dona Paca is the project of two wine enthusiasts who, due to the circumstances of life, have come together to form this exciting project. On the one hand Alexandre Pardo, more linked to winemaking, has made wine in different regions of Spain and in the most important wine-growing areas of the world, with some awards. On the other hand, Manuel Casal has always been more linked to the world of tourism and marketing, being part of two of the most prestigious wineries in the region. At this stage they present their most personal project, wanting to reflect the origins of this land, with the experience accumulated by both of them in recent years.
